The hotel turned out to be so much more than just a place to crash for the night. I was only expecting a quiet, clean, and warm bed before moving into my new house, but I got so much more! The hotel is tucked away in a peaceful park with big, beautiful trees and charming red buildings. The vibe was totally different from other hotels I’ve stayed at. A lot of the guests seemed to be scholars visiting Western University, which gave the place this cool, academic feel—focused, professional, but also really calm. It felt relaxing in a way I didn’t expect. The bed was super comfy and spotless, and the little touches really stood out. I loved the shampoo and conditioner (pretty sure it was Babor); it smelled amazing and felt so nice. Overall, it was such a great experience!

2 nights with 3 adults in a room with 2 double beds: - Bedding was comfortable - Shower and bath were valuable - Room was clean, but they missed an opportunity to change our bedding... - They have a pool table at the bar!! It's not an incredible table, but it's pretty cool for a hotel... - Staff was superbly friendly and helpful!!! Bless their soles! - Parking was wide open, right in front of the front entrance, only a hundred metres from the main entrance, with no parking pass or ticket required! Park wherever you want!

In the evening, my wife and I were looking for a cup of tea. We had no luck finding any place in the area of the hotel. We came back to the hotel and asked the Concierge if we could get a cup of tea. He went right into the restaurant, spoke to one of the hostesses who made us two cups of tea and told us there was no charge! The beds were amazing! My wife and I both slept in to 0845, something we never do.

Great grounds and room. There were volleyball courts! Did not stay for any conference etc., only visiting friends but was still very comfortable. Our new go-to option for accommodation in the north end of London (there are not really any other options, but even ignoring that, it was really nice.) Easy to uber to Western/north end food/entertainment.

The breakfast and dinner at the restaurant was excellent. Our food and service were wonderful. The location was perfect for us as we needed to be close to the hospital. Any staff members that we interacted with were friendly and helpful. Lots of parking.
